 Lulu.com is a site I discovered recently when ordering a book I needed for ecommerce. The book proved to be top quality, with crisp text and illustration, and good construction. Lulu.com lets you upload your book (formatted) and publish it yourself instantly, and sell it through their site or amazon.com with no fees. They tell you what it will cost to produce, then you set how much you want to make on each book. Books are printed when ordered, then shipped. You can also do ebooks to sell online.
